5 Balkan Sunflowers Kosovo Learning Centers received the decision for their registration from MESTI.
The Learning Centers Network project started in 2007 with 3 learning centers. BSFK has 5 learning centers today where about 500 children benefit on a daily basis. The work and contribution of the BSFK staff since 2007 is impressive and has a great impact on the children of the Ashkali, Egyptian and Roma communities. The work of the learning centers is mainly funded by external donors. We take this opportunity to thank all the donors who have funded the learning centers since 2007.
We also thank the Kosovar Institutions which were cooperative and contributed to some learning centers by offering free space, electricity payment, heating and occasionally some salaries for staff and materials needed for the centers. There was no lack of cooperation with schools and we are grateful to all schools for wonderful cooperation.
BSFK has contributed to the finalization of Administrative Instruction 19/2018 for the registration and functioning of Learning Centers.
After several years of work in structuring various internal documents (curriculum, various manuals, different policies, monitoring forms, evaluation forms, reporting forms, etc.), BSFK has applied to register 5 learning centers. Today we have received the decisions of MESTI for the registration of 5 learning centers. We hope that Kosovo institutions will finally take over the financing of learning centers which are contributing immensely to improving the quality of education and also reducing school dropout.
Most of the activities that have enabled the registration of learning centers are funded under the project "Learning Centers path to inclusion of Rome, Ashkali and Egyptian communities", were supported by the ‘Civil Society programme for Albania and Kosovo’, financed by the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and managed by Kosovar Civil Society Foundation (KCSF) in partnership with Partners Albania for Change and Development (PA). The content and recommendations do not represent the official position of the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Kosovar Civil Society Foundation (KCSF).
BSFK is very grateful to Jugend Eine Welt for the financial support in the implementation of various activities in the learning centers, including the financing of the regulation of some internal documents of BSFK required for the application for registration. Congratulations to all.

5 Qendra Mesimore te Balkan Sunflowers Kosova kane pranuar vendimin per regjistrimin e tyre nga MAShTI.
Projekti Rrjeti i Qendrave Mesimore ka fillu ne vitin 2007 me 3 qendra mesimore. BSFK ka 5 qendra mesimore sot ku rreth 500 femije perfitojne ne baza ditore.
Puna dhe kontributi i stafit te BSFK qe nga viti 2007 eshte mbreselenes dhe ka impakt te madhe ne femijet e komuniteteve Ashkali, Egjiptjan dhe Rome. Puna e qendrave mesimore eshte financuar kryesisht nga donatoret e jashtem. Shfrytezojm rastin qe ti falenderojm te gjithe donatoret te cilet kane financuar qendrat mesimore qe nga viti 2007.
Falenderojm edhe Institucionet Kosovare te cilat ishin bashkepunues dhe kane kontribuar ne disa qendra mesimore duke ofruar hapesira falas, pagesen e rrymes, sigurimi i nxemjes dhe here pas here disa paga per staf dhe materiale te nevojshme per qendra. Nuk ka munguar as bashkepunimi me shkolla dhe ne jemi falenderues te gjitha shkollave per bashkepunim te mrekullueshem.
BSFK ka kontribuar ne finalizimin e Udhezimit Administrative 19/2018 per regjistrimin dhe funksionalizmin e Qendrave Mesimore.
Pas nje pune disa vjeqare ne strukturimin e dokumenteve te ndryshme te brendshme (planprogrami, manualet e ndryshme, politika te ndryshme, forma monitorimi, forma vlersimi, forma raportimi, etj), BSFK ka aplikuar per ti regjistruar 5 qendrat mesimore.
Sot kemi pranuar vendimet e MESTI per regjistrimin e 5 qendrave mesimore.
Shpresojm qe institucionet e Kosoves me ne fund do te marrin persiper financimin e qendrave mesimore te cilat po kontribojn pa mase ne ngritjen e kualitetit te arsimit dhe poashtu uljen e braktisjes nga shkolla.
Shumica e aktiviteteve qe kane mundesuar regjistrimin e qendrave mesimore jane financuar ne kuader te projektit “Learning Centers path to inclusion of Roma, Ashkali and Egyptian communities”, mundesuar nga ‘Programi i shoqerise civile per Shqiperine dhe Kosoven’, financuar nga Ministria e Puneve te Jashtme te Norvegjise dhe menaxhuar nga Fondacioni Kosovar per Shoqeri Civile (KCSF) ne partneritet me Partneret Shqiperi per Ndryshim dhe Zhvillim (PA).
BSFK eshte shume falenderues Jugend Eine Welt per mbeshtetjen financiare ne implementimin e aktiviteteve te ndryshme ne qendra mesimore, duke perfshire edhe financimin e rregullimit te disa dokumenteve te brendshme te BSFK te nevojshme per aplikim per regjistrim.

5 centrara za učenje Balkan Sunflowers Kosova dobili su rešenje o registraciji od MONTI.
Projekat Mreža centara za učenje započeo je 2007. sa 3 centra za učenje. BSFK danas ima 5 centara za učenje u kojima dnevno koristi oko 500 dece. Rad i doprinos osoblja BSFK -a od 2007. godine su impresivni i imaju veliki uticaj na decu zajednice Aškalija, Egipćana i Roma. Rad centara za učenje uglavnom finansiraju spoljni donatori. Koristimo ovu priliku da se zahvalimo svim donatorima koji su finansirali centre za učenje od 2007. godine.
Takođe zahvaljujemo Kosovskim institucijama koje su sarađivale i doprinele nekim centrima za učenje nudeći besplatan prostor, plaćanje električne energije, grejanje i povremeno neke plate za osoblje i materijal potreban za centre. Saradnje sa školama nije izostalo i zahvalni smo svim školama na divnoj saradnji.
BSFK je doprineo finalizaciji Administrativnog uputstva 19/2018 za registraciju i funkcionisanje centara za učenje. Nakon nekoliko godina rada na strukturiranju različitih internih dokumenata (nastavni plan i program, različiti priručnici, različite politike, obrasci za praćenje, obrasci za ocenjivanje, obrasci za izveštavanje itd.), BSFK je aplicirao za registraciju 5 centara za učenje.
Danas smo primili odluke MESTI -a za registraciju 5 centara za učenje.
Nadamo se da će kosovske institucije konačno preuzeti finansiranje centara za učenje koji neizmerno doprinose poboljšanju kvaliteta obrazovanja i smanjenju napuštanja škole.
Većina aktivnosti koje su omogućile registraciju centara za učenje finansirane su u okviru projekta „Centri za učenje na putu uključivanja zajednica Roma, Aškalija i Egipćana“, podržan od strane ‘Programa civilnog društva za Albaniju i Kosovo‘, koji finansira Ministarstvo spoljnih poslova Norveške i upravlja Kosovska fondacija za civilno društvo (KCSF) u partnerstvu sa Partneri Albanija za promene i razvoj (PA).
BSFK je veoma zahvalan Jugend Eine Velt na finansijskoj podršci u sprovođenju različitih aktivnosti u centrima za učenje, uključujući finansiranje regulisanja nekih internih dokumenata BSFK -a potrebnih za prijavu za registraciju.
